Conference registration fees

It is highly recommended to use the online registration to take advantage of early bird discounts. Additionally, you can shorten the waiting period at the conference office.
All the conference attendees, including speakers, must register at the conference and receive an official conference badge. Every participant must wear an official conference badge to enter the conference building.

*To register as a student you need to be a full-time student. Please provide us with a copy of your student ID via email attachment to registration.

Regular and student fee includes admission to all technical sessions, coffee breaks, lunches, welcome reception on Sunday, city tour and conference dinner on Wednesday, abstract booklet, CD of the proceedings, online (open-access) publication and a transport ticket (DVB) valid from Sunday to Friday.
Accompanying person fee includes admission to the welcome reception on Sunday, city tour and conference dinner on Wednesday and a transport ticket (DVB) valid from Sunday to Friday. Some guided tours for accompanying persons as well as for interested conference participants are organised. Details are available at Social Programme.
 

On-site Registration

If you register on-site at the conference desk you can pay cash or by credit card. To pick up your registration materials or to register on-site, please go to the conference registration desks (Lecture hall centre, Bergstr. 64). The conference registration desks will be open as indicated:
